UAE Returns and Refund policy:

We will happily accept unworn and undamaged products for a full refund. We accept returns in-store. Please contact our team via email or phone for further assistance.

UAE Shipping Policy:

Please note that there is a 30AED delivery charge. Free delivery is available for orders of 300 AED and above. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery within Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Ajman.

Please note that Express shipping may only be fulfilled if the order was placed before 1pm UAE time.

GCC Shipping Policy : 

Please note that there is a standard 85AED delivery charge for GCC orders. This rate excludes custom fees and duties/taxes in the recipient country. Please note that shipping rates are subject to change for each country depending on the delivery location and weight of the order package.
